The Food Fraud Prevention Academy offers many formal, professional education opportunities for you, your employees, or to recommend to your suppliers.     • Each of the free MOOC programs can be accessed individually. The Overview MOOC certificate is free, and then there is a $100 administrative fee for each of the other six MOOC certificates of completion.

Master Certificate in Food Fraud Prevention

  • Achieving the Master Certificate of Completion demonstrates your advanced learning on the subject of Food Fraud Prevention. Once you complete the required courses and obtain the associated Certificate of Completion for each course, you will submit the Approval Form to request your Master Certificate in Food Fraud Prevention.

  • Content Delivery Options:
    • Master Certificate, Option 1 – Online and On-demand ($600): The seven core and specialized courses include around 45 hours of video lecture that can be accessed anywhere, anytime. The Overview MOOC certificate is free, and then there is a $100 administrative fee for each of the other six MOOC certificates of completion ($600 total per person). Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs)

  • Summary: Since 2013, the Food Fraud Prevention online, on-demand offerings have grown to eight courses. The content has expanded to cover what is considered to be the full range of expertise needed to manage a Food Fraud Prevention Strategy.
  • Details: Free, online, open to anyone, with an optional Certificate of Completion ($100 administrative fee).

This seminar provides a simple and direct focus on the compliance requirements for suppliers to the food industry.
